Impasse continues
The Memphis Grizzlies have yet to sign Xavier Henry and Greivis Vasquez. Both of the first-round picks want their deals to be fully guaranteed, but the team wants 20 percent of their salaries to be tied to performance bonuses.
According to FanHouse, Memphis general manager Chris Wallace said that Henry and his agent, Arn Tellem, have not asked for a trade. Wallace would not elaborate on specific details of the bonuses.
Henry can make up to $2,020,200 during his rookie season, while Vasquez can earn up to $1,035,960.
