Had Enes Kanter played this past season for the Wildcats, he could have been in the discussion for the Cavs at No. 1 overall. But the Cavs actually have Lithuanian 19-year old Jonas Valanciunas rated ahead of Kanter, so expect one of these two at No. 4. The Cavs need some interior toughness to a frontcourt featuring Anderson Varejao, Semih Erden, Ryan Hollins and a few undersized power forwards. Kanter would also give the team some much needed rebounding, where they were outrebounded by nearly 3 boards per game, one of the league's worst, but if he is off the board, Cleveland will take a good hard look at both Jonas Valanciunas and Tristan Thompson. If Valanciunas' buyout is still a question, Thompson is the likely pick here.
