Overall, this is a team that needs to get younger quickly if they want to continue challenging out West. Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker, Richard Jefferson and Antonio McDyess combine to make the older starting unit in the league. A big man to develop would be a smart move here, who can learn under Duncan and McDyess or the Spurs can continue to mine overseas players,- the small forward and sharpshooting wing of the future.
