With two guards in the top eight of Portland's rotation leaving town as free agents, Portland needs help in this area. If they go big at No. 6, they will look for a wing here. Rivers handled some point guard responsibilities in college, but will be better off playing off-the-ball, knocking down shots from the perimeter and pulling-up in the mid-range.
