Nenad Miljenovic  | G
Strengths

Right-handed… Offers good size standing at 6'4" and is just 17 years old. He is a spectacularly creative point guard with the ball in his hands, looking to distribute and get to the rim nearly every time. Miljenovic has the ability to change gears with the ball in his hands, allowing him to get past defenders and into the lane where he can drop the ball off or draw contact and get to the foul line. He does an excellent job of both, especially getting to the charity stripe… His court vision appears to be highly developed and his ability to get passes to his teammates is top notch. He can make decisions quickly, but they are not always the right ones. He seems to be improving in this field… He runs the pick-and-roll extremely well, serving as a threat to serve the ball up anywhere on the court given the open space coming off the screen…As of late, Miljenovic has improved his defensive desire and competitiveness. He gets down in his stance, pressures the ball and can anticipate nicely, getting into the passing lanes and converting at the other end.
Weaknesses

Weighs in at just 160 pounds right now. Although he is just 17 years old (1993), Miljenovic will need to add at least 20 or so pounds in the next few years to compete with opposing guards, especially if he wants to make the jump to play professionally in the NBA. He is an average athlete by NBA standards… Due to his underdeveloped frame, Miljenovic struggles to finish plays, even with the slightest of contact and even before that point, he can get derailed with just a bit of body contact and physical pressure… He has emerged as being turnover prone due to his high-level of creativity and his developing decision-making. When a simple pass is needed, Miljenovic may whip out a spectacular looking pass that sails by the head of his teammate or catches him by surprise, leading to a fumble and a missed opportunity… Miljenovic is a streaky shooter outside of 15-feet. He has nice mechanics, but unfortunately, he is not a great finisher at this point in time. He will need to improve his consistency and range if he wants to be an effective scorer…
