Evan Fournier | G
Strengths

Right handed… Fournier had a great 2011 Nike Hoop Summit during the practice sessions, but fizzled out during the actual highlighted game. He has good size at 6'7", nearly 6'8" and some smooth athleticism. He is a crafty offensive player with his developed footwork, ball-handling skills and an overall good feel for the game. He can bring the ball up the floor and run some point for his French team as well as score off the dribble as well. In the film we have seen, he's crafty and aggressive driving to the rim- using his body and a variety of spin moves to shield the ball from the defender and finish around the rim.
Weaknesses

Despite the high-quality offensive player Forunier is at his age, his perimeter game still leaves some to be desired. He shot just 22 percent this past season. It can be improved most likely with a tweaked shooting form, but at the moment, he's not ready from this range… Defensively, he lacks the lateral quickness to project as an above-average defender. He will struggle with the quicker, more explosive guards in the NBA… He struggled offensively to produce against Team USA's length and athleticism overall, but specifically in his penetration.
