Five-Star Recruit Spurns Louisville

Five-star guard JaQuan Lyle decommits from the Louisville Cardinals. Lyle was the highest rated recruit that the Cardinals had for the class of 2014. According to ESPN, he is the #22 rated recruit in his class. The 6'5" combo guard from West Virginia just felt like the school was not the best choice for him. Even if Louisville continues to pursue him, he will not consider choosing them. Quentin Snider another top ranked guard chose to decommit form Louisville about 6 weeks ago and decided to go to University of Illinois. Snider's decision to withdraw his commitment was due to the amount of high-level backcourt players.
