Arizona's Solomon Hill Preps For New Position

As a rising-senior, Arizona forward Solomon Hill has one last season to impress NBA scouts. He is preparing for a move from power forward to his more natural small forward position by dropping 20 pounds so far this offseason through a new diet and focused exercise routine. Hill now sports a lean, chiseled 220-pound, 6'6" frame, appearing much quicker in workouts and exhibition games that we have seen.

Playing out of position at power forward last season for an undersized Arizona Wildcats team, Hill produced by using his strength and finese inside, but also an improved perimeter game that has seen his 3-point percentage rise each of his first three seasons on campus to .394 percent last season. Even coach Sean Miller has noted how hard his senior forward has been working on his game.

Hill's continued improvement will be key for a young, but promising Arizona team in 2012-13
