St. Bonaventure's Nicholson Has the Green Light

The Canadian-born power forward has been on a roll lately and keeping the Bonnies in the mix for of upper echelon teams in the A-10 standings. The 6'9" Nicholson has two straight 30+ point performances on a collective 22-of-29 shooting with four 3s (on five attempts) and 14-of-16 from the foul line; talk about being an efficient scorer. But Nicholson has hit the boards in the past, tallying 22 rebounds in the last two games and is two games removed from a 23-rebound, 21-point performance against Duquesne.

Yet Nicholson, as a product playing for a small New York school in the A-10 conference, is still flying under the radar for most fans. He is expected to be a late-first-round pick in June's draft given his size, 6'9", 250 pounds, elite-athleticism, and improving offensive game. In the past three games, he has extended his range out to the 3-point line totaling the same number of makes from that range than he made all of last season. Keep an eye on this versatile power forward through the season's remaining games and you'll be impressed.
